CAS is a Queensland based staffing agency that specialises in Community Aged Care and Disability Support, providing staffing solutions to clients in Brisbane, Ipswich, Caboolture, Logan and the Gold Coast. CAS is dedicated to providing high quality support staff to assist in maintaining and improving the quality of life for the aged and people with a disability.
Our experience working with some of the largest not-for-profit organisations as well as small community based providers and individual clients in Queensland has given us a key insight into the specific requirements of individuals in the community. Furthermore, we are committed to providing opportunities within our own workforce for people with disabilities in order to engage more effectively in the sector.
History
CAS was founded in 2012 and for the past decade has maintained a keen desire and passion to support people within the community sector. Embarking on a journey to assist both providers and individuals to achieve the best outcome possible, CAS has developed an agency model offering high-quality temporary staffing solutions and systems of support for the most vulnerable in the community.
Over time CAS has grown into the leading provider of casual carers to the community care sector in South East Queensland including Aged, Mental Health, and Disability Care and is contracted to some of the largest service providers in the state. In addition, the organisation provides direct support services to people with a disability and their families as an NDIS registered provider.
