Nicola has worked alongside Ray for 20+ years and with Andrew since the commencement of Care Agency Services in 2012. She was instrumental in the strategic planning and implementation of goals that have built CAS to its current state.
Nicola’s extensive 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, coupled with her passion for aiding vulnerable people in the community, has been pivotal in the growth and success of Care Agency Services, as evidenced by her strategic leadership, financial acumen, and dedication to staff management.
Nicola dedicates a lot of her time and energy to supporting the local community, particularly focusing on young people through charity work. Her goal is to make a positive impact and help create a brighter future for those in need.
Nicola is kept busy outside of work with her two strong-willed children who enjoy 4WD trips to the beach, movie nights and spending time together as a family.
