The costs of our services are discussed with you in relation to service type at the time of contact. There are no hidden costs.
Yes, all staff are employed directly with Care Agency Services.
Yes, Care Agency Services is registered to provide NDIS services and is regularly audited accordingly.
All CAS carers have the minimum of a Cert III qualification and current First Aid, CPR training, Manual Handling, etc. Our staff also possess specialised training in a range of supports such as Medication Assistance, Hoisting, PEG, Epilepsy, Diabetes Support, Bowel Therapy, Stoma and Catheter Care, and more.
Yes, all staff are required to meet the probity requirements for the particular work performed including Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Checks, and Policy Checks.
