Trent brings a wealth of diverse experience to CAS, having joined in 2024 to lead our rostering team in NSW. With a background in nursing (RN), team management, and project management, Trent’s journey into healthcare has been multifaceted.
For the past nine years, he has worked within and led an education team, gaining valuable insights into effective leadership and coordination.
Inspired by a family member’s experience with autism, Trent is deeply passionate about making a difference in disability and aged care. This personal connection has fuelled his commitment to providing compassionate support and innovative solutions. Trent’s blend of relatability, compassion, and expertise make him a highly qualified asset to our disability and aged care provider team.
