Andrew co-founded Care Agency Services (CAS) with his father, Ray in 2012. Andrew had a keen desire and passion for supporting people within the community sector and hence developed an agency model to offer high-quality staffing solutions to the community’s most vulnerable people.
Andrew became involved in the sector after gaining several tertiary qualifications, including his Master’s from U.Q. and a stint working for the U.N.
Andrew and his wife are proud parents to their young son and their large Tibetan Mastiff.
