Ray has been involved in the Recruitment sector (N.F.P. and Care) for approximately 30 years and established the Executive Care Group in 2010.
With his son Andrew, he co-founded the nucleus of Executive Care Group, Care Agency Services in 2012.
Since 2012, the group has grown from a team of two internal staff to twelve and a small number of care workers to approximately 200 and has become the largest provider of disability and aged carers in South-East Queensland.
Ray semi-retired in 2021, and although maintaining an active presence in the organisation, it is now run by a strong senior management team.
Ray and his wife, Stephane have two adult children – Andrew and Yma, an RN who also works with the group.
In keeping with the company norm, Ray and Steph. have the most beautiful fourteen-year-old Golden Retriever.
